CLASS TYPES
OPEN BOXING (MIXED)
These sessions are led by our full coaching team, either individually or together - bringing everyone under the one roof.
Mixed sessions are about bringing the full crew together - all in one class.
Expect a combination of skills, drills, pad work, bag work, footwork, and partner work. These are solid, well-rounded sessions where everyone trains together, works hard, and lifts the energy. No matter where you fit in, Mixed Boxing is for all G-Six members looking to show up and put in.
JUNIOR BOXING
Junior Boxing is designed for all levels of junior boxers, focusing on both fitness and skill development. With multiple coaches on hand for every session, juniors are split into groups based on their skill and ability levels to ensure they are always supported and progressing safely. Our priority is safety, providing a fun, welcoming environment while giving opportunities for juniors to advance into conditioned-based and open sparring if they’re ready. For kids who want to take their boxing further, Junior Boxing offers the perfect pathway to more advanced training.
MINI BOXING
This class is for ages 5-9, focussed on fun, fitness, skill-building and encouraging working in a team environment. This class is designed to give young children an opportunity to get involved in the sport, and is all about providing a fun and safe environment. This class does not involve any sparring.
5.15PM MON- THURS BOXFIT
45 minutes of boxing-based fitness, built on the fundamentals.
Bag work, Pad work, Partner Drills, Footwork and Skill work.
Perfect for anyone wanting to learn the basics, sharpen fundamentals, and get a fast-paced, sweat filled workout without over-complication.
A great entry point into boxing - or the perfect session to stay sharp, move well and feel strong.
6PM TUES & THURS - POWERHOUSE
This session is based on strength & conditioning, featuring functional lifts and high-intensity components!
Utilising a range of equipment from dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines and more.
Designed to be challenging, it's a complete session to perfectly complement your boxing!

Strength + Conditioning + Functional Fitness - built to make you fitter, stronger, and faster, while directly improving your boxing performance.

Brick by Brick Camp =
3 Boxing Sessions + 2 Powerhouse Sessions each week - the complete boxing + strength system.
We encourage all members (5:15 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm) to lock in for Tues & Thurs Powerhouse to round out your week.
SUPER SATURDAYS
Saturday mornings at G-Six hit different.
A mix of all things boxing for the first 50-60 minutes — bag work, pad work, partner drills, and rounds — followed by a 15-20 minute conditioning block to finish strong.
It's the perfect way to wrap up the week — big crew, big energy, music pumping, and everyone getting around each other.
All levels welcome - from fitness members through to amateurs and pros - just a straightforward, hard boxing + conditioning session to send you into the weekend right.
PRO-AM FIGHTERS
Not listed on the general timetable.
Private training for professional boxers and experienced amateurs — extremely small group or one-on-one, by invitation only.
At G-Six, every fighter is developed through one of two systems:
1. Red vs Blue - a fast-tracked way to experience your first bout.
It's an in-house system designed to give members the full fight-camp experience under controlled conditions.
2. Train Like a Fighter (7 PM) - not fast-tracked.
This path takes time, with fighters offered their first bout only when coaches deem them ready to take the ring. That could be anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on development and skill progression.
Once a fighter has gained four or more amateur bouts, they may be invited into private training with head coaches under the Pro-Am Fighters program.
7PM TUES & THURS WOMEN'S WEIGHTS
Coached by Alison, Operating Tuesday & Thursday nights at 7 PM, this is a private women-only strength session run in a semi-private group setting inside the state-of-the-art G-Six weights facility.
Alison coaches the ladies through two in-gym sessions each week, focusing on proper technique, structured programming, and real progress in the weights area.
Each participant also receives a third programmed session through Alison's app - free of charge - to complete independently between classes.
These sessions are included in the general membership, with no additional cost.
Members can also upgrade to have their training and meal plans customised, moving from the group-style setup to a personalised weekly progression system with check-ins, goal setting, and tailored nutrition and training plans.
