CLASS TYPES
UNDERCARD
Undercard is a boxing class designed for all fitness and skill levels, from beginners to intermediates looking to build and refine their skills.
This class focuses on the fundamentals of boxing—covering range, timing, balance, punch selection, and combination building—while incorporating basic partner drills to help you apply what you’ve learned.
There’s no sparring or contact involved, making it a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re here to improve your technique, get a solid workout, or simply enjoy boxing in a supportive space, Undercard will challenge you, up-skill you, and leave you sweating.
RING WARS
Ring Wars is a skill and drill-based sparring session designed for intermediate to advanced boxers.
The session focuses on conditioned-based sparring, such as lead hand, backhand, counter, first-and-third, and two-phase attack drills—all performed in a controlled contact format.
Requirements to attend Ring Wars:
- 16oz gloves, Mouthguard, Headgear, Tick of approval from a G-Six Boxing coach.
This is a session for dedicated boxers looking to elevate their game and sharpen their skills under controlled contact conditions.
JUNIOR BOXING
Junior Boxing is designed for all levels of junior boxers, focusing on both fitness and skill development. With multiple coaches on hand for every session, juniors are split into groups based on their skill and ability levels to ensure they are always supported and progressing safely. Our priority is safety, providing a fun, welcoming environment while giving opportunities for juniors to advance into conditioned-based and open sparring if they’re ready. For kids who want to take their boxing further, Junior Boxing offers the perfect pathway to more advanced training.
This class also incorporates the Brick-by-Brick program, a fully funded initiative that supports disadvantaged, underprivileged, or youth in need on the Central Coast. By integrating Brick-by-Brick into our General Juniors program, we ensure boxing remains inclusive for all families, regardless of their financial position. Every child trains together, creating a positive, unified environment where all kids can learn, grow, and thrive—no matter their background or circumstances.
MINI BOXING
This class is for ages 5-9, focussed on fun, fitness, skill-building and encouraging working in a team environment. This class is designed to give young children an opportunity to get involved in the sport, and is all about providing a fun and safe environment. This class does not involve any sparring.
HARD TWELVE
Hard Twelve is a tough 45-minute session designed to put you through the ringer. It’s straight-up work—bag work, pad work, skill drills, and strength and conditioning—all packed into one big hit-out.
With multiple trainers on each session, you get the best of both worlds: a hard, fast-paced workout and the chance to sharpen your skills and technique.
Get in, get it done, get out.
MAIN EVENT
Main Event is a time slot reserved for amateur and professional boxers training to compete at the highest level—whether in the amateur or professional ranks. This is not your regular training session.
Main Event is by invitation only and requires approval from a G-Six coach based on your progress, commitment, and readiness to move up. Forget everything you know about general classes. The workload is higher, the expectations are relentless, and the mentality is different. There are no shortcuts, no casual training, and no half-measures here. This time slot is for the extremely serious and the extremely dedicated—those chasing competitive boxing on a regular basis.
If you’re not willing to push harder, train smarter, and meet the standards set by your coaches, this isn’t the time slot for you. Main Event is where boxers are forged. If you’re invited, show up ready to work, or don’t show up at all.
RED VS BLUE
Red vs Blue is a private, pre-registered program for participants of the 12-week camp. It’s designed for those chasing a bucket list boxing experience, as well as those using it as a stepping stone into grassroots boxing and regular amateur competition.
You must be registered for the camp to attend this training slot.
If you’re not registered, you cannot participate—no exceptions. Red vs Blue is about commitment, focus, and preparing for fight night under the Red vs Blue banner.
PUNCH OUT
Punch Out is your chance to punch out the week with the G-Six crew. Every Saturday at 7 AM, this 60-minute session wraps up everything the week’s thrown at you—bag work, pad work, skill drills, partner work, and conditioning—all rolled into one big, hard-hitting session.
It’s non-contact, tough, and designed to leave you sweating, learning, and feeling accomplished. Whether you’re here to upskill, push your fitness, or just start your Saturday right, Punch Out welcomes all fitness and skill levels. Show up, rip in hard, and finish the week strong alongside your G-Six team.
DOG HOUSE SPARRING
Doghouse Sparring is where the real work gets done. Every Saturday at 8 AM, we open up the rings for open sparring only—no bags, no pads, no drills. Just rounds.
This session is for intermediate to advanced members and fighters, including amateur and professional boxers, ready to sharpen their skills and push their limits. With five boxing rings running, there’s constant movement, opportunities, and no wasted time. It’s a chance for novice boxers to gain experience with higher-level sparring after the seasoned fighters have done their work, and for experienced fighters to get the hard rounds they need.
Doghouse Sparring brings teammates and visiting clubs together for a solid Saturday morning hit-out. If you’re ready to work hard, test yourself, and grow, this is your time. Come prepared, step in, and get your rounds in.
