Our boxing classes are offered in 10-week progressive blocks, catering to all ages & experience levels; beginners to veterans & fighters, juniors to adults.
Our 10-week blocks are run in-line with the school terms, and are designed to add more value & provide opportunity for progression.
Either treat the sessions as 'normal', OR for best results, aim to attend as many sessions in the 10-week block as you can!

5AM, 9.15AM, 5.45PM BOXING
- BAG WORK, PAD WORK & DRILL WORK
This class is based around boxing fitness & fundamentals. This class can incorporate any given mix of bag work, basic pad drills and combinations, and technical work to improve your boxing technique and understanding.
This is the perfect session to begin with if you are looking building confidence and understanding, or to improve your boxing fitness!
PADWORK & DRILLS
This class has been designed for all levels of boxing. The core focus of the session is padwork - including, but not limited to: pad work drills and combinations, skill orientated pads- focusing on range, technique and footwork, along with a block of technical work to improve your boxing technique and fitness.
BAGWORK & CONDITIONING
This high-intensity session includes everything from bag work rounds, to circuits which can include dumbbell shadow, ski, bikes and rowers, kettlebells, battle ropes and more… We highly recommend factoring this class into your weekly training to help lift your boxing fitness to that next level..
PARTNER WORK
This session involves skills & drills based on working with a partner. This can range from defence, offence, ring work and more.
Participation in this session is based around wanting to improve your skill set in a controlled contact & semi-contact environment to advance your skill-set and knowledge to implement into sparring sessions.
ThIs for intermediate to advanced members who are open and wanting to participate in contact drills- not only to the body, but also to the head. This session requires a mouth guard and head gear (head gear may be borrowed).
SPARRING
Club sparring welcomes all levels of boxers wanting to engage in sparring. From novices to experienced boxers this session is heavily focused on open sparring but also offers an entry level of sparring for our members wanting to step up their level and enter the world of contact. Mouth guard, 16oz gloves and Headgear is required for this session.
JUNIOR BOXING
This class is opened to ages twelve to seventeen (or from 10 and up at Kincumber). Teen boxing is designed to teach everything required to become an amateur boxer. Although some teens are working towards fighting not all teens are expected to participate in contact and are more than welcome to train for fitness, skills and fun! Our trainers are happy to have a chat with you about junior classes, so feel free to chat to staff or contact us if you have any questions.
MINI BOXING
This class is for ages 5-9, focussed on fun, fitness, skill-building and encouraging working in a team environment. This class is designed to give young children an opportunity to get involved in the sport, and is all about providing a fun and safe environment. This class does not involve any sparring.
