Q: Why Infrared Saunas and Hot & Cold Plunges?

A:  Our top-of-the-line facilities have allowed us to harness the benefits of temperature therapy, which have been heavily researched and backed by science. Some of these benefits include:

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in our purpose-built complex at in G-Six Boxing Kincumber, at 12 Bilinga Rd, Kincumber.

Q: What booking options do you have?

A: Access to the recovery centre is available via one of two exclusive membership options, or casual bookings.

Casual bookings can be made by calling 0401 587 508 or see us at reception. These sessions can be paid for at the front desk upon arrival.

Q: What are your operational hours?

A: Our Current Casual recovery operational hours are:
2-8pm Monday- Thursday
3.30-7pm Friday
7am-12pm Saturday

Our Current Extended recovery membership operational hours are:
4.30am-10pm Monday- Sunday
** a recovery introductory session must be attended during casual hours before extended hours can be accessed

Q: How do I book in for my session?

A: Casual bookings can be made either via phone or at reception. For members, all bookings can be made online or via the MindBody app.

Q: What do I need to bring to my session?

A: Please bring swimwear, a towel and a water bottle. Session times include use of our change rooms and rinse shower.
