We're pumped to be opening our first 10-week progressive camps on 29th April, for all members to be apart of.

From complete beginners, to our more experienced guys and girls; the 10-week camps have a place for you!

 

So... what are the 10-week camps?

Our 10-week camps are run in-line with school terms, and have been created to allow our members from all fitness & skill levels to dive deep & get more from their training- progression, accountability, community, team challenges, exclusive offers & events as well as merchandise packs!


It is not compulsory for members to attend a full camp- the classes can be treated as normal, though we ask that each member still registers for the slot they expect to train in the most frequently.
We strongly encourage anyone keen to make the most progress & gain best value out of the 10-weeks to treat the block in the same way as you would a training program!
The more you put in, the more you get out!

 

Open Camp

Join our 10-week Basic Boxing and Fitness Camp for an awesome way to boost your fitness and boxing skills!
Run at 5.15pm Monday-Thursday- this camp is  perfect for everyone, whether you're just starting out or have some experience already. Over the 10 weeks, you'll be diving into the world of boxing with a focus on the basics. We'll be covering fundamental techniques like working the pads, basic punch combinations, improving your footwork, hitting the bags, and getting in some solid conditioning work. Each week, you'll build on what you learned the week before, making steady progress towards improved fitness and boxing skills.

Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn some self-defense, or just have a great time, this camp is for you. Our sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, and our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way. So, if you're keen to sweat it out, learn some quality boxing skills, and have a blast while doing it, this camp is the place to be! Grab your gear and let's get punching!

 

Tech Camp

Join us for a 10-week Boxing Camp aimed at enhancing your boxing skills and technique. 
Run at 6.15pm Monday- Thursday this camp is open to participants of all levels, regardless of experience, with the option to skip the sparring components. Our focus is on improving your technical abilities and becoming a well-rounded boxer. Throughout the week, you'll engage in a variety of training activities to boost your boxing Skills, Fitness and Confidence. Monday nights will see partner work and sparring sessions, while the other evenings will be dedicated to skill development, drills, conditioning exercises, PadWork, bag work, and more.
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive training experience that caters to everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level. Our Experienced Coaches will be there to guide you through each session, ensuring you get the most out of your training and make significant progress over the course of the camp.

This program is designed to help you refine your technique, build strength and stamina, and develop the skills needed to excel in the ring if you choose so. Come and be a part of a supportive and motivating community focused on helping you reach your boxing goals. Take the opportunity to challenge yourself, push your boundaries, and emerge as a more confident and capable boxer by the end of our 10-week camp.

 

Group Challenges

This block we will run 2 main challenges across the board for camp participants to get involved with. At the end of the camp, prizes are awarded for each! 

Each gym will have a leaderboard for:

1. Attendance
Over the 10-weeks, you gain one point for every day you attend a camp session. You get 2 bonus points for attendance at Saturday 8am. Winners will be awarded with a prize-pack at the 5 and 10 week mark.

2. Run challenge
Starting with 2km in week 1, the total weekly kilometres by will be increased by 1 km per week- finishing with 12km in week 10. This distance can be split up in any way participants choose over the week, with the first 2km in the week to be timed.
Winner is the person who is MOST improved in their 2km times component run each week. The additional kms are bonus Kms that serve a progressive distance personal challenge 

 

When?

The next 10-week program block will commence on Monday the 29th April.

Open camp sessions will be at 5.15-6.15pm Mon-Thurs.
Tech camp sessions
will be at 6.15-7.15pm Mon-Thurs. 

It is not compulsory to attend every training session, or purchase a registration pack.  Either register and attend as many as possible throughout the 10-weeks for best results, or register which slot you expect to train in the most frequently, and treat the classes as normal!
