As promised - we have created a week's worth of training sessions to follow along with. Created to bring you the best home experience possible, we've made 5x 30 minute videos for the week..
These are all based off a variety of footwork, wall work & conditioning in a 12 rounds format- all requiring minimal space and equipment so they're accessible in your own time, and easy to follow!
