Padwork course - Expression of interest

We are now taking expressions of interest for an upcoming pad work course.

Who is this course for? 

This course is perfect for personal trainers wanting to be better for their clients. Learn how to effectively hold pads and encourage your clients to punch with purpose and intent, Understand how punches best flow of specific head and trunk movement and punch in real boxing output and punch selection not 35 punch combinations - which typically promote poor form and lack of balance and movement.

This course consists of 10x 2 hour private group coached lessons.

Sessions will run on Wednesday nights from 7-9pm at G-Six Kincumber with Kincumber Head Boxing Coach Jake.

A start date has not yet been confirmed as we are only taking expressions of interest at this stage.

Total Cost of the 10x Sessions is $999.
